Lets get your pre-season workouts going! Come hit the weight room, and get speed and agility training.

Workouts start week June 17th and will go through the summer until school starts. The week of July 4th holiday will be no workouts. See the team calendar for dates

Workouts will include weight lifting each day. Then one day Offense specific drills by position, one day Defense specific drills by position, one day speed, and one day competitions.

  • Come keep or get yourself in better football shape before the season starts.
  • Build teamwork and comradery as a football team/family.
  • Work on your speed and agility in football specific drills.
